Summer is officially here and I could not be happier about it. But, with all the activities of summer, it’s just not appropriate to be wearing full face makeup everywhere you go. It’s hot which means your makeup could melt off, there’s a good chance you will playing sports or doing some sort of physical activity which means makeup sweating off, and there’s a lot of swimming which means makeup running all over the place. If you are someone who suffers from rosacea, and feel like you can’t go anywhere without makeup on, then listen up, because I have some exciting news for you. There is now a way to treat rosacea so that you can go makeup-free this summer {and always} without feeling self conscious about red skin. Rosacea is a common skin condition that affects an estimated 16 million Americans a year.
Mirvaso has an awesome campaign called “break up with your makeup”. They want to help women feel comfortable enough to break up with their makeup and start concealing and treating facial redness of rosacea.
Mirvaso is a fast acting, topical gel providing same day results that last up to 12 hours. Mirvosa (a product manufactured by Galderma Laboratories, L.P.) is the only FDA approved product that can be used for the treatment of persistent facial redness of rosacea!
Stop covering up your rosacea with heavy makeup, and start treating it so you can go sans make-up at least a few times this summer! And to celebrate breaking up with your makeup, Mirvaso is sending someone to L.A. for a star-studded walk down the red carpet at the Emmy’s this year! Click HERE to enter!
And because we are all going to make an effort to break up with our makeup this summer {right?!?} be sure to check out these amazing skin care tips that are useful for people with or without rosacea:
